Customer Review of I Want to Be an Astronaut:

“I love books that make kids think. Our 4 year old has been applying this to himself. He is always thinking of new things he can be or do when he grows up. Before we got this book he only knew of a handful of professions. The pictures are cute.

Each page is a profession (some silly, some realistic) and a few lines describing what it is in a story telling way. It’s not just a reference book of jobs, but a story about a child imagining what they want to be when they grow up.

At the end we are reminded that the kids don’t have to decide right now, but it is fun to think about. We ordered the Lion Tamer one as soon as we got this one because we loved it so much.”

I Want to Be an Astronaut Consultant Review:

I Want to Be an Astronaut may just be the cutest book ever! You know how young children have all sorts of aspirations for what they want to be when they grow up?

This book explores that theme with a young boy and a young girl as they imagine taking on different jobs. In the end, they declare that they don’t have to decide just yet, a great reminder that it’s good to imagine but still be a kid!
